It follows the syllabus of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi and the medium of instruction is English. With the recognition granted by the CBSE, the school has become a full-fledged institution with classes up to the senior secondary level.
St. Francis Academy, Anepur was born in 2006. The constant request of the people of the place and the absence of a missionary school at Auraiya paved way for starting a school in a rented building in the town which was later shifted to the present campus in 2007. This mission was taken up by Rev. Fr. Raju Francis Koipally with the help of the sisters of Sacred Heart Congregation, Changanasserry. Within a short period of time it grew to a full-fledged and well developed school. The school got affiliated to CBSE in the year 2012 and further received the up-gradation for the Senior Secondary Examination in January 2014.
